Transporting furniture remains as important an industry as it ever was, but many of the larger transport companies have become very impersonal to their clients, something that we do not advocate. Active Transport was founded twenty years ago in Pretoria and the business expanded a few years later to include a mini furniture removals company. Most of our staff have been with us for more than ten years, and it is because of their dedication towards the company and our clients that we are able to offer such a personal service.

Bear in mind that a quotation for transporting furniture across the ocean may take a little longer than a quotation for a more localized move. If you need to store your furniture for any period of time, whether it be a few days or months or even years, our 800 square metres of storage space is there for you. What is more, if you insure your belongings with us and you don’t need to make a claim, we will reimburse 25% of the cost of the premium.
